FAMILY FORUM, INC.
V.E.T.S.- VETERANS ENTRY TRANSITIONAL SERVICES
Family Forum is a community that serves the homeless veteran population.
Our veterans suffer from a variety of disorders that include substance abuse,
medical and psychiatric diagnoses. Through the Veterans Administration,
this program became possible due to federal funding, in the form of a grant.
This makes it possible for Family Forum to provide housing for 32 veterans.
Our main goal here at Family Forum is helping the homeless veteran maintain
sobriety. We achieve this through intense counseling and the 12 step
program. By promoting independence regardless of disability in our
residents, we belive we are promoting pride and dignity in individuals for
growth and self esteem.
